Eric and I were talking yesterday and I have decided that when Shelby is in school (in two years) I will hopefully be going to nursing school. I already have a degree in medical assisting, which means I am qualified to work in a physician's office, but I have always wanted to be an "real" nurse. Helped kids make a gingerbread house yesterday...
I baked it, Eric helped me put it together, and the kids decorated it. I think it turned out pretty good for out first try.

I am so proud of Trevor, he did such a good job in the Christmas program yesterday. I was amazed at how many parents did not show up though. I feel so bad for the kids whose parents did not show up, I understand some parents work or have things that come up and they are not able to attend but what about the parents who just don't show up? I am so excited to finally have a home computer after roughly a year or being without. I am trying to get back into LJ and am debating on whether or not to get more involved in Facebook. I will need to ask my teenage daughter for advice on that, lol. I am really excited for Christmas this year because we got the kids almost everything they wanted. ( Read more... ) -

I have been so lost not being able to get on LJ for the past almost two months now. Our computer was having fits and then it decided to die. :( I am at the local library now so I decided to check in. We will hopefully be getting a new computer within the next few months, seems like forever but money is tight right now with the holidays coming up. ( Read more... ) -

I can't wait until we can get our computer fixed, or get a new one. This goofy thing only works about half the time and the guy that is going to fix it is really backed up so he's not sure when he will be able to get to it.
