The more I think about it, the more I object, because dude, not only is this public space, it's public space the students pay for. This inaccurate ad has been annoying be for days now, so I wonder how I could go about filing a formal complain instead of whining over LJ. "we" are not omnivores. you cannot generalize like that, since, obviously, not everyone is an omnivore. and if you are referring to our history, things change. many cultures and religions don't eat meat. change can be good. most of us don't need to kill animals to survive; we have better technology. as much as we share a similar history thousands of years ago, we are definitely not all the same now. take an anthropology course.

So many people should fail Biology! In spite of crossings between fields, biology =/= anthropology, omnivore status =/= choice, you can chose to be a vegetarian, with a non-omnivore diet, but in terms of grouping you still fall under omnivore as a human, as a member of a species capable of digesting both animal and plant products and built for it (look at our teeth), and so far as it is only from animal products that we are certain the vitamin B12 can be found.

Hi. I used to go to that university and my GOD was it a breeding ground for drama. Just keep in mind from now on that it is impossible to say anything close to politically incorrect without starting a shitstorm.
