I talked to Mom last night. Arlene called them; they would have liked to come down but the girls have to work on Fri and can't get off. They invited us up, but we declined. They said they would want to get together some other time though. As for Hormoz, dad is a chicken and has still not called him. Dad said he wants to invite him to stay with us if everything goes well...we'll see about that though. I did tell Hormoz last week that he could not stay with Mike and I, that we would be at both of our parent's houses for the weekend.

As for MIke and I, we will do some things with his family, some with ours. Not sure what the plan is yet. But maybe we can all do something? Mike's parents could possibly come to our house :) Anyway, hang in, chica, and ttys.

It's funny, because you and mom tell me stuff about Thanksgiving on the same day :)

We'll see what happens, there's no use in me freaking out about it - but I am really sad that things won't be the same as usual.

I admire you so much, Gina. I never studied abroad because I was moved around so much as a kid. I just wanted to stay in one spot for four years. But you know what you need to do to achieve your goals in life, and you're going to do it. I think that's awesome.

well, perhaps my living in the same house for my whole life is why I can afford to uproot myself for 5 months.
