An absolutely amazing, communicative and responsible proxy buyer who always makes sure that his customers have the best kind of experience from using his service! He is easy to talk to, and especially wonderful at discussing things like payment plans and shipping. Definitely recommended!
Also, a special note - he offers multiple shipping options (including SAL and airmail), and his commission fees are fair . I'm definitely a long-time customer :)

Overall Satisfaction: 2/10 - I was interested in bidding on some Advan RG wheels through Yahoo Auctions Japan and used Kairai's service. Big mistake. The wheels came out to $1300 USD which I sent through PayPal. He then tried to get me to send the payments as gift so he could dodge the PayPal fees. I then sent him $500 USD for shipping of these wheels. I specifically sent him instructions on how to package these wheels so they will have the best chance of not being damaged. Completely ignores the instructions and just leaves it to the guy at the japanese post office. They literally sent the wheels overseas with just 3 pieces of cardboard taped together with 1 foam sheet. A legitimate box was not used just those 3 pieces of cardboard. Surprisingly 1 wheel arrived okay while the other 3 were dinged up and thrashed. What sucks the most is that the 1 wheel that arrived okay was the only one that was insured. The other 3 were not. Refunded the original $1300 but still has not

This is my first time using a bidding service, and I thought his prices were very reasonable! Communication tends to be very quick too! I kept on requesting him to bid on more items, and he was patient throughout the whole process. I ended up winning 3 auctions, and he waited until they all arrived at his place and then shipped the 3 items together to save on shipping. I decided to use registered SAL for shipping and it took about 2 weeks to get here. I will use Kairai's service in the future if I need anything from Japan!

This guy is amazing! I needed his help to bid on a rare figure, and he made a bid before I even sent him the full payment for the figure! He is also awesome at communicating about shipping, packing etc. I really recommend his service to anyone who wants to buy items from Japan. It was wonderful to do business with him and I'm definitely going to do so in the future :)

First time I'm leaving a comment here but I've dealt with Kairai-san 4 times now and I'm beyond satisfied with every single shipment. The current one was a mix of orders from a bid, online shop, and mobile shopping apps. I'm really grateful for being able to combine all items into a single shipment as it makes it easier for me to wait for one package rather than multiple at a time.

If you still are shopping from Japan without Kairai-san's help, what are you waiting for? You won't find anyone more professional and caring about the whole process while looking out for the best interest of the customer. Thank you so much again!
