Overall Satisfaction: 2/10 - I was interested in bidding on some Advan RG wheels through Yahoo Auctions Japan and used Kairai's service. Big mistake. The wheels came out to $1300 USD which I sent through PayPal. He then tried to get me to send the payments as gift so he could dodge the PayPal fees. I then sent him $500 USD for shipping of these wheels. I specifically sent him instructions on how to package these wheels so they will have the best chance of not being damaged. Completely ignores the instructions and just leaves it to the guy at the japanese post office. They literally sent the wheels overseas with just 3 pieces of cardboard taped together with 1 foam sheet. A legitimate box was not used just those 3 pieces of cardboard. Surprisingly 1 wheel arrived okay while the other 3 were dinged up and thrashed. What sucks the most is that the 1 wheel that arrived okay was the only one that was insured. The other 3 were not. Refunded the original $1300 but still has not reimbursed me $500 for the shipping.
