Last night I had a dream that the moon was falling out of the sky on top of us. Not all at once though, and I started wishing it would just get it over with, but Pete walked by with his face scrunched up and told me that was a stupid thing to wish for. Then I woke up.

I had the most awful day today, and I'm not going to get into the details but it made right now, now when I can finally shower and sit down in my comfy spinny wheelie chair and breath out for the day, so very much sweeter.
Also, I realized that I hate all of my classes.

I am lonely. I had lunch with Lulu today at Bryn Mawr (which, by the way has ridiculously better food than we do, among other things) and it made me realize just how much I'd needed to see and interact with someone or something familiar. David is an idiot, and the social scene at HF is weak as hell.

That said, I'm happy I spent the time repairing my pants this morning. I'm getting along well with my suite mates, and I like not having class on the weekends.

Everything's unpacked, and I'm all (?) moved in. My room isn't all that spacious (compared to the suite next door, with at least twice the room), but it's comfy and provides all the things one would want in a room ( Read more... )

My computer's been kaput the last few days, so I haven't been checking anything, just to avoid any possible neglect that's caused. All the driver's ed stuff was finished last week--finally, after about three years--and this saturday I'm taking my road test. I'm a great driver so it shouldn't be an issue, but I'm nervous.
