It's this group you're put in, pretty much consisting of your hall and a few sophomores, for orientation. Your little orientation family, as they tell me.

Er, well that's a customs group, customs people are like the leaders of the whole customs (orientation) week for your group. "insta-friends" is what they are called, I guess.
