UKIf you receive a spam text message, you can forward it to the Federal Trade Commission at 7726.  They say forward it, then delete it.  More details here.

Go check out the details here at the OTW or the DW feed, but I have to say, I wouldn't sign that submission form.  Looking at the submission form/release PDF, it seems to sign away your rights to the fanfiction you made and quite possibly your right to claim to be the author.  (See the 'work for hire' discussion in that post.)
