Yes, that's my aim. It's a big aim for me, and I'm starting with 20 minutes, three times a week (with an online log in programme to monitor/encourage me)

Half an hour does not sound much, and if I split it into three ten minute sessions, it will be easier.

So, who's going to check in at the end of February to see how we are doing?!
