This one is thoroughly random, what can I say?

Happy Anniversary, you crazy lovebirds. *s* And that's great info on the hot/cold stone massage. Last time I had an inflammatory flare-up, where it felt like every muscle in my body was sore? I got help from cupping, done by my acupuncturist. Left FASCINATING bruises for about a week (right before a spa day at the mineral springs with friends -- boy did that start some conversations), but the inflammatory response did a 180 degree turn-around.

I've also heard here and there that gardening is healing -- sun, earth, watching things grow. Your garden sounds lovely.

Well, Alyss and I have the same masseuse, and Alyss *likes* heat. So she was getting the hot stone massage and Lucy's trying to talk her into trying the cold, and when asked what it's good for, she said, "Inflammation." And Alyss went "Aha!" and called me as soon as she was out. It's amazing for it.

::giggling:: I bet those bruises led to some interesting conversations, yes! ::cheerful:: Well, really, it's dug-up and dirt-clod filled around plants, but who cares? Pretty plants!
