I'm thinking Echo. Although I'm going to have to check my Sackett Companion and find out where out the name of Barnabas Sackett's London contact. I think he's relevant to this.

With trepidation, may I suggest Alex and Xan (who are wonderful) and Neal Caffrey from White Collar?

Mind you, I'm not sure who would end up scamming who, or where they'd end up, or indeed if one story could contain it. But it would be fun...
