Hmm. In three weeks, this'll be fine. Right now, I'm thinking that the problem with having a focal distance of 18" or so (half a meter) is that you can't see what the guy cutting your hair is doing. Heh. I think the eyesight thing might be why I've gotten my hair cut by the same woman for the last twelve years, even though I now live 500 miles away. Before getting contacts the worst thing of having a focal distance of four inches (I kid you not!) was not being able to see what the frames of new glasses looked like on me until after the lenses were put in (when it's too late to change one's mind).

::nodding:: Yeah, I gave up on knowing how I'd look in my glasses. But I keep getting my hair cut by different people until I find one I really like. ::amused:: Until 3 years ago, it was past my hips and didn't get cut at all, you see.

Oh yeah, I'm way nearsighted too so I have NO IDEA if my hair is really getting done the way I want until it's too late. XD XD XD I've just been trying to get the same person and saying "same as last time" and hoping they remember!

Short hair is never short enough, and long hair is never long enough...

::cheerful:: It's curling everywhere. Three years ago, I had hair past my hips. Now, it's down to my nape. Too funny and I'm still figuring out what I want it to do.
