ive been working. a lot. dishwashing. it sucks. im always the last person to leave every single night. weekends are the worst. i wont get home until midnight on fridays and saturdays. i have become the master of the tubs though. there has never been one that scrubs a saute pan and sizzle plate quite like me. only i can handle the hustle and bustle

i love restaurant life...really i do :) Ok, sometimes it sucks...but overall, it is my new life and its damn funny how we screw people over ;)
