There are a number of Obama supporters on my flist who claim to be impartially posting good & bad news about both of the remaining Democratic candidates. ( Read more... )
HD-DVD vs. BluRay might be ultimately more important than Clinton vs. Obama, which is saying a lot since I really did not care super much (at all) about the format war.
Basically, if I could go back in time, I totally would vote for Edwards (instead of for whom I actually voted... what's your guess?), like I said I was gonna. :P
I'm no more enthused by HRC than by Obama, but the amount of sour grapes talk coming out of both camps whenever the other does something well is off-putting at the least, and in all likelihood bodes poorly for the rest of the campaign.
Already, people have started in on the "if Hillary gets the nomination, I won't vote" and "if Obama gets the nomination, I won't vote" spiel. And while I am not particularly sold on either the Dems or the Republicans this time I round, I think it's safe to say that everyone would prefer a contest between two unbroken parties, wherein each candidate will have to prove their worth and earn their votes, to one given over by default because a huge chunk of one party has emerged from the primaries with gigantic chips on their shoulders.
