I've got a Kindle and I love my Kindle, but I didn't help you reach this exclusive company, Mr. Martin, because I'm one of those who needs certain books to be of the physical form, yes, even in hardcover physical form, and your books are among those certain books, always. Maybe I just think one day all this e-stuff will flame out, but I'll still have the physical book; or maybe it's just a fetish. Either way, kudos to all who read your work in whatever format, and congrats to you in conquering this newest format so quickly!
