Did you ever have one of those days when your heart just hurts? you can logically combat every single insecurity you are feeling, but there is no changing your hearts mind for the time being. it sucks. I hate how one thing can cause your soul to remember every hurt you've been hiding from the world, and you know if you had just dealt with it

I'm sorry you are feeling shitty. I know you don't need my sympathy. But you need my love god damnit! hehe :) Ky, not once did I see mentioned in your post how people see you, other than the smarty pants you are. You are a lot more than a fresh idea or logical thinking, to many people. When I think of you I dont think, oh, we had a great discussion on poverty...i think how great of a friend you are, how much i enjoy your company, how much i love you. Don't forget you are not just a brain. I know your heart hurts, come home and lets fix ours together.

Familial rejection is the hardest of all. I face it with my father only so I can relate to a degree. I'm not sure what I can even say that won't sound cliche and/or something you haven't heard a thousand times before. But know that people (including myself!) think you're brilliant and worth listening to always. You'll be back in the company of people who appreciate you soon enough.

at this point, im hoping on getting into mind, i've given up on G/I. i really just don't see that working out.
