What ever happened to playing games for fun??
I don't hate you, but I just want to save you while there's something left to save.
I'm not bored of Halo Reach. I haven't been playing it because of the other people that play it. People have forgotten to play games for fun. It seems like, especially for fps games, that people play to determine who has the biggest e-penis.

as to why they lash out at reach, it's a classic case of "they changed it now it sucks." Combined with that quintessential fanboy trait of not being able to see anything but perfection in the franchise that they love, which means any change is a superfluous and stupid thing that needs to be spurned.
most FPS fandoms are like this, which is a big reason (aside from my well known suckiness) that I steer clear of the genre.
