Another comparison between Jensen and McQueen. Didn't McQueen also like to do his own stunts. Was the big motorcycle chase scene from The Great Escape or was that a different McQueen movie?

Motorcycle chase was in The Great Escape. But I just read that while he wanted to do his own stunts (like Jensen), he was often prevented from doing so. That great shot of him jumping the fence in The Great Escape was actually done by his stunt man. McQueen was always very careful to tell everyone that he did not do that stunt and to give credit to his stuntman.
