I have noticed over the past few months I've been getting very tight and sore shoulders from slumping in front of the computer as the screen was quite low. I put one book under it to raise it but still the pain. So now I have put 3 books under it. It is to encourage me to sit up straight and tall, so that maybe in the future I can do it without. Ok dad rang me last week to say I needed to sign a form from mum's bank so that he could get the money from it as per mum's will. He sent it to me and I have signed it and post it back asap. My poor Jay is screaming on the couch behind me, as his Uncle tries to help him. He hurt his foot when he was 13 yrs, but didn't let it heal. Then had a foot injury at work a few years ago.
