I don't think your crazy. Just depressed. Not, "a little sad", but clinically depressed.

It wouldn't hurt to find someone to talk to, professionally. Someone who could prescribe you some meds, to help get over the rough spots.

i used to see a great pyschologist, she is wonderful and i consider her a dear friend now. she was really great to talk to, i talked to her a lot about my brother's death and richie a lil' bit. her name is dr. laura scott. email me if you'd like her number. her office/beautiful house is out here in good ol' kansas though, be quite a way to travel for you maybe.

i don't recommend meds. personally but rather talking through things with someone who can really make you think and gives good advice.
