I need to get my life in order.

Pick the day.  Enjoy it--to the hilt.  The day as it comes.  People as they come.  The past I think, has helped me appreciate the present... and I don't want to spoil any of it by fretting about the future.

Tonight I stumbled across Chris's old live journal... and read some of the entries from back in 2006.

Even though that was three years ago, it feels like a whole different lifetime.

My goddaughter was born at 9:30pm on Thursday, March 5th.  So it was the same day my Papou passed away - weird how things like that seem to happen so often in families.  Like how my brother was born on my dad's sister's birthday.  Anyways... March 5th.... two years ago today my grandfather, Papou B, passed away.  I will never ever get over being away on my spring break senior year and coming home to such terrible news.  I still can't really come to terms with the fact that I missed everything.  I feel sad today.  I miss my Papou... and my Yiayia... a lot.
