My computer may have eaten WoW but my characters are still there server-side. Losing WoW when I did sucked not only because I was about to raid with the ever awesome talawolf, but I recently acquired a new mount thanks to her!

Eeeee mounts!

I've never been a fan of dragon/drake mounts, I'd wish they'd put some better flying mounts in game that didn't look so horrible. I swear Blizzard has a boner for toons flying on dragons, but there's plenty of other models of flying mounts they could use besides those big-ass clunky dragons. WTB MOAR HIPPOGRYPHS OR BATS OR SOMETHING.

But one day I'll get some yummy ground mounts that I actually like. Been soloing Heroic Sethekk everyday since your absence, it will drop for me someday :P I also ran a H UP where the Blue Proto-drake dropped but I rolled a 6. I also did a timed Culling of Strat but I passed on the bronze drake because they're so tiny and male taurens look so awkward on them.

I hope you can get your computer back together soon! WTB RAIDING WITH KELLI AND STUFF

I wish they made mounts out of the BIG dragons, not the drakes. Like, the ones with double horns and the little neck beards. Those are WAY COOLER than the drake models imo. D: I was just thinking about bat mounts the otherday. Why DON'T they have bat mounts yet? Maybe they'll make it a special rep mount someday, like they did with the Cenarion hippogryph. I kinda want that hippogryph too but not enough to spend all that gold on it. :x But a WHITE HIPPOGRYPH?? Do want!

Awh that sucks about the protodrake. So that's where it drops huh? I always wondered where that thing came from. Yeah I can understand about the bronze drake. Ketcha looks weird on the white one even though she's much smaller than Argyll and the white one is bigger than the bronze. XD

Just some fyi, the bronze drake is supposedly a 100% drop. Just have to make it thru the heroic and win the roll.
I don't like the drakes though >__>

It only drops if you do the timed event or something like that on Heroic CoS, but yeah if you do it it's 100%. I don't like it as much personally, as I'm more partial to the other colors.

I am still epicly failing at getting the 5000 gold necessary for my swift flight form. I only have a little over 2000 right now and I'm already 80. How do you do it? D:

How tough is it to run ZG at 80? I've been thinking of farming for that tiger mount but I am a fragile clothy and fear my chances at soloing.

Haha...what I really want is the phoenix...but I will neeever get it.

You're a human mage, right? Or are you talking about another toon? ZG wouldn't be solo-able with you. You need to have a tank, or be a tank. My warlock can do a lot of ZG by himself, but ONLY if his Felguard can keep aggro (which IS hard). If I get targeted, then I'm done. It was originally like a level 60-ish 20 man raid if I remember correctly... and the mobs are really bunched in together. There are around 12+ elites bunched right next to the tiger boss, and attack one, you will get them all at once. Tried pulling just one the first time I was in there and failed awesomely XD

What are your professions? If you have herbalism or mining (or both) you can get a tone of gold. I got about 3.5k gold in 2 and a half days just farming and selling herbs. Selling saronite/cobalt/titanium ore and bar as well as doing titansteel every day and selling the bars, you can net an insane profit each day. If I remember correctly, I think Saiyo is an enchanter/tailor? Sadly those are not the most profitable, especially if you don't have either of them maxed out. Jewelcrafting is proving to be extemely profitable, I'm almost tempted to drop engineering and pick it up. There's JC dailies that can give you 350g a piece for dragonseyes. Not only that, buying a lot of saronite ore off the AH and prospecting them, you're guaranteed atleast 1 rare gem a stack. But all the gems and sell them off, you usually net a pretty good profit out of the ore you bought

Oh god, the first(second?) time we did the raptor boss? For me it happened like this:

It was quite hilarious! But I imagine the situation would be even more troublesome for a clothie. XD

Zul'Gurub can be soloed, it just takes a little patience and not attacking everything in sight... lol. Some tauren warrior finally figured that out, and I guess he got the tiger on his 13th solo.
Sorry, but if I got the raven lord, I'd say fuck the tiger. I don't need a million special mounts that I can only ride one at a time. Just give me one (just a special one dammit) and I'll be happy. I won't get that one though, because the game doesn't give anything to me. Blah.

Grats to that war! Hopefully it will drop for Jorie soon so we can both be stylin'. XD

You'll get a cool mount someday, you'll see. It just takes some casual diligence. Jorie and I ran Seth Halls once every couple of days or so and it finally dropped! In total I think we made about 5-7 runs together. Jorie can solo it but I don't know how many runs she's done on her own.

Only 7 runs?! :O! I was expecting 50 or 60 runs. Jon and I have been doing it once a day. But that's only three times so far. His druid hit 80 last night. That was the only thing keeping us from doing it more times. We plan to do it multiple times a day... specially since we both want him. We timed it last night, and from start to kill it only took 25, 30 minutes. The longest part was stealthing to him... so slooow.

HIS TAIL FEATHER IS MASSIVE, ISN'T IT? I saw someone in front of UC bank, and that tail is huge :O

I'm afraid you can only do heroic Seth Halls once a day, same as all the other heroics. Once you kill him, the instance is saved and if you reenter it he will still be dead.

It took a long time to stealth to him? We figured out how to get around that one boss who can see stealth and after that it usually took us around 3-5 minutes to stealth to Anzu's room. Then another 7-10 minutes to clear the room. The actual fight takes roughly 5 minutes. Kitty swipe is the BEST THING EVER for those bird mobs. XD
