My computer may have eaten WoW but my characters are still there server-side. Losing WoW when I did sucked not only because I was about to raid with the ever awesome talawolf, but I recently acquired a new mount thanks to her!

What are your professions? If you have herbalism or mining (or both) you can get a tone of gold. I got about 3.5k gold in 2 and a half days just farming and selling herbs. Selling saronite/cobalt/titanium ore and bar as well as doing titansteel every day and selling the bars, you can net an insane profit each day. If I remember correctly, I think Saiyo is an enchanter/tailor? Sadly those are not the most profitable, especially if you don't have either of them maxed out. Jewelcrafting is proving to be extemely profitable, I'm almost tempted to drop engineering and pick it up. There's JC dailies that can give you 350g a piece for dragonseyes. Not only that, buying a lot of saronite ore off the AH and prospecting them, you're guaranteed atleast 1 rare gem a stack. But all the gems and sell them off, you usually net a pretty good profit out of the ore you bought.

Anyways, I'm rambly. I used to think making gold was the hardest thing. It took me two weeks per character to make the 5k gold for my epic flyers Pre-WOTLK. As Wrath keeps progressing, I'm finding easier and faster ways to make gold. Some easy and less farmy ways is DO QUESTS. Going back to places like Grizzly Hills, Storm Peaks, Icecrown, and other places you haven't finished the quests in will give you SO MUCH GOLD. I had a guildy who got close to 10k just from doing quests in BC and in Wrath.

Sadly I don't think farming ZG as a mage would work too well. The bosses in ZG kind of tickle my bear, but I still need to heal myself or have Kelli heal me occasionally. I don't have to blow as many cooldowns if Kelli is there but I could probably do it solo, may be hard because the shammy on the ZG boss casts a heal and it needs to be pummeled/bashed. ZG really isnt that tough for us unless something freakish or stupid happens. But for a single mage it could be incredibly hard.

Oh god, the first(second?) time we did the raptor boss? For me it happened like this:

Awesome! *rez* Hooray yay OH GOD JORIE DIED THEY'RE BACK NOOO I CAN'T DPS THEM FAST ENOUGH RUUUUUN RUN RUN OH GOD I RAN INTO A ROOM FULL OF HATCHING SPIDER EGGS NOOO THIS WAS A TERRIBLE IDEA *die*

It was quite hilarious! But I imagine the situation would be even more troublesome for a clothie. XD
