Yes!I'm on the course, which will be starting mid septemberish, so back to university for me for 3 years to do a foundation degree in contact centre management (effectively the first 2 years of the business management degree from plymouth university)! All paid for and supported by work as well - so thats just a mere £4.5 - £5,000 investment that

I will admit though that the prospect of squeezing 2 years of uni courses and course work into 1 eight session a week for 3 years a bit daunting ... I havent written an essay for 10 years!

Well, now they've given you a good idea of how much they value you, it'll no doubt happen :o) Might be after a while on the course though, as (I presume) they're still paying you for "non-productive" time doing the course? n effect that alone is a pay rise... Once you're back full time, expect a whopper!
