I'm on the course, which will be starting mid septemberish, so back to university for me for 3 years to do a foundation degree in contact centre management (effectively the first 2 years of the business management degree from plymouth university)! All paid for and supported by work as well - so thats just a mere £4.5 - £5,000 investment that they have committed to make in me!

The interview with the director was an informal affair ... as in I spoke to her for 6 seconds, then she headed of for a conference call and I had what was more of an informal chat than anything with 2 people from the training dept.
Rather bizarre
But I got told today that I`m back of to university ... 3 years of hard work, and 3 years of having NUS cards! Woohoo!
