Awww, I kinda liked Ollie/Dinah.(At the very least they made for amusing jokes about the length of their...sessions) It took them 50 years of wangst to get married and it didn't even last a couple years?(They must be taking cues from Marvel what with the Peter/MJ retcon, WTF) Reading the whole Cry For Justice plot summary smacks of the same bullshit that happened with Batgirl right after One Year Later. Not to mention Black Canary was kickass as JLA chairwoman, why did she resign grumble grumble.

That said, I blame you for my finally trying and instantly loving Runaways about a month ago. I blame all of the idol slash for me honing in on the Karolina/Nico immediately.(Molly/Logan also makes me unreasonably happy D:) So now I'll probably take a gander at BoP the next time I find some and see all of the subtext there now. The Peter/MJ retcon was more confusing to me. BoP had endeared me to the little Birds family that when Dinah was all, "I am marrying Ollie," I was all D: D: D: D: D:, WHY, YOU HAVE BABS! It's like how Babs is also dancing around with Dick (*giggles*) when she could just have Dinah. And Simone is always so open about slipping in subtexty fanservice

Did you read it? I'm a bit =/ about some things, but that scene between Babs, Helena, and Dinah did make up for a lot. I kind of wish we could have Chuck Dixon back on the title for a run just because, lol, most unintentional subtext ever ftw.
