This does nothing to shut me up. If they didn't use HyoYeon in something like this, it'd be ridiculous. It's basically her only role in the group. I still want to see her do work outside of the pigeonholed status they've given her.
The guys did very well, especially for how many of them were on the stage but I got the feeling that some of the SJ guys (who I couldn't identify due to typical camera~fail) were lagging a bit.I can only identify a handful by name and face, lol. To be honest, I'm surprised "Sorry Sorry" was so big. Of all the songs that came out this year, I wouldn't have said "Sorry Sorry" was the best of them, but there's no doubt their fangirls delivered in showing their love for them ( ... )

around 1:39 and a little after that, you can see Hyo hugging Seohyun and whipping her tears and also Yoona's tears, Taeng making a little joke or something making Hyo/Seo/Yoong laugh. And then pulling Jessica in to comfort her. And then a little bit after, you see a Fany/Sica/Hyo sandwhich. Oh how mother Hyo is. A sentimental moment for them. Congrats girls :)

2. SNSD's portion of the MJ tribute was kinda lackluster. But I did love their suits~
3a. In contrast, wth was up with their costumes for their Chocolate Love/Gee performances? It reminded me of outfits they'd worn for covers of BoA's songs, just with leather O_o (oh dear god, don't plant seeds of S&M into my head *covers eyes*)
3b. I surprisingly liked that Gee remix, however.
4a. The contrast between the Digital Bonsang speech and the Daesang speech was cute <3
4b. I was muchly amused by the random HyoSica moment during the Daesang speech - for some reason Hyo pulled Jessica over while someone was talking XD

3. I thought their white suits were too big. The black ones looked better, imo. Wait, what BoA cover had outfits that looked like these? (S&M~~ must . . . not . . . contemplate . . . on which side each falls . . .)
b. I finally listened to the remix and was surprised; I was expecting the old remix and so was pleasantly treated to something different. The mic!fail didn't seem to matter as much during "Gee."
4b. Hyo spotted Sica crying, so she pulled her over to give her a hug. =D She'd done the same for the maknaes. Plus, hugs! Hyo was handing them out like they were going out of style.

2. I have a weakness for white suits. (I learned this with Takarazuka XD) I saw a couple of fancams that made me think a little better of the performance, but still think the Dance Battle one was better. And I was thinking about when they covered "No. 1" - it wasn't the same, just kinda similar? (white tops, dark bottoms - I'm just gonna shut up and blame meds on my incoherency xP) ... And that's totally a discussion for a different day XDDDD
4b. So amused that of all the crying, Hyoyeon was the one all smiling (and it almost seemed like she was teasingly laughing at Sica after she hugged her). I kinda want to look back on all the times they've won and see if she cries usually like the others...

HyoYeon started crying later. Like, really crying. She started crying when SuJu was announced as the winners of the Daesang, and then during their acceptance speech the tears really started to fall. From reports, it was a similar deal to when she was listening to Fany talk about her mom: LeeTeuk was talking about how he wished all of the members could have been there to accept the reward (KangIn was absent) and just about all the SNSD girls started crying. The cute thing was that YoonA and Seobaby were there to wipe her tears away, just like she'd done for them during SNSD's own acceptance speech. =D

(Imo, Sunny definitely had the best hair during Genie promos. Sica and Taeng had nice hair too, but eh they're extensions so Sunny wins lol)
LOL, I always found my hair preferences changing on any given day. It seems like a crapshoot as to what you'll get in any performance. I had certain styles I almost always didn't like though and was usually horrified to see members sporting them (say no to crimping, girls!).
The leather pants were so shiny! I couldn't get over it. The tops were different, just cleaving too closely to the same general concept and thus it was hard to tell. If you do look, though, some tops appear more like intimates-as-outerwear than others . . .
I did enjoy seeing them perform it though, but the mic problems took a lot away.Agreed. But I was pleasantly surprised by "Gee" when I finally listened to it. I expected the other remix *shudder* and when this acoustic version ( ... )

You can see Hyo crying!! aww she held her tears really well when they won but I think its the group hug that broke her! I wanna hug her too<3 I loved how she pulled up all the crying girls and consoled them!
Its sweet how Key walked over to give her a pat on the back..where's Ondubu? :D
Oh and u can also see the Hyo fan representing at the end of the clip. She & i need to become BFFs lol
