SNSD Concert officially announced for December 19th and 20th.

It will be the start of Asian tour, to include Shanghai, Bangkok etc

How long do these mini-tours usually last? What, 5 stops or so? I was totally expecting solid news of the next album and concept to be released but now that I think about it, this concert may just be the perfect avenue to release new material or atleast give previews. If it's going to be a tour then that means they also might perform songs they haven't before, and...

...

Solo performances! Part of me doubted this when I first read it but now I'm hella looking forward to this.

I have no idea how many stops or performances they're planning to put on. This news came with little warning. The girls kept saying that they'd have a solo concert coming up but no one really believed it would be soon like they kept saying. Joke's on us.

I'm wondering if they'll do solo performances too. And who--or if everyone--will get to have one. I wonder what the solo performances will be, too.

That doesn't sound very comfortable.

See below for HYJ's explanation according to the model of SuJu's and DBSK's concert tours.

It might be hard to get Wheesung since he's from a different company, I believe, but I do wonder if they'll have any guests. An EunHyuk + HyoYeon duet would be too epic and satisfying for Hyo fans, so I automatically assume that it can never happen, lol.

and a costume appropriate Chocolate Love performance since they can't show it on TV.

I wonder what costumes they would use since they auctioned off the ones in the MV. Hrm.

*waves* Hello. If you don't mind, can I ask how you even found my blog? I'm so confused as to how people are finding me.

Back to the concert: I hope there'll be a dance solo or a dance something for Hyo as well. I'm not big on rap, so I can forego that, lol, but wouldn't it be a surprise to see her have a solo song? Actually, that might spell the end of the world or something.

I'm a big fan of SSF and all they've done for fans, especially provide subs for the English-speaking part of SNSD fandom, but I do find the layout of the forums itself depressing, with the separation of each girl's forum. I'm a Hyo fan, yes, but also an SNSD fan and it's really too much work to try and visit every forum to give them love and the discussion section got me down because of the lack of Hyo love. I hope that people who visit here can feel free to give all the girls love in one spot.

But yeah, I can't think how their management came up with their schedule anymore.

Ahahahaha, you and a lot of other fans are hoping for a DVD. I'm hoping there will also be tons and tons of fancams that'll manage to sneak by security.

I think they had a short reprieve with the pushing back of the album; at one point the girls kept saying the album would be coming out real soon (read: November), but then that didn't go through. Now, though, they have an entire concert to prepare for!

Ah, setting up the Tour like that makes more sense then. Though the lack of rehearsals is kind of D: I guess that means once the set list is set, it's . . . set. LOL (Though this reminds me how when SM Town's second 2008 concert was pushed back, Hyo's solo hadn't changed from the first concert, so that makes sense ( ... )

It would kind of be a shock to see JaeWon on stage since he hasn't done on-stage work for SM in forever, no? that reminds of something i wanted to share with you! I talked to this girl who used to be a big fan of Blackbeat (Jaewon's group) and she said that the main reason Jaewon's still in SM is cos he has to finish his contract and pay his dues to SM since Blackbeat failed...he couldn't take up other opportunities that came his way. I don't really know what they were but I guess I can kind of see it since the cutesy SNSD dances don't seem like his specialty either (Have you seen the guy pop/lock!! It's insane ( ... )

Hrm. I did hear that Hyo was perhaps contracted only for as long as SNSD lasts but it's also true that if they disbanded earlier than expected, she'd have a lot of debt to repay since she was one of the longest trained members. However, at the time I'd heard that rumor, I thought that Hyo having such a comparatively "short" contract really pointed to SM not having much interest in Hyo as an artist and it made me sad. But perhaps if that's true there's a good side to it? YoonA is SM's artist until she hits her 30s, no? Should Hyo want to move onto new ventures, perhaps she'll have the freedom to do so? Yet I wonder what her chances will be if the promotion she receives continues at this level.

KyungRae's message left me very curious as well. What does it mean? LOL
