I doubt this because they just hired on Jeffrey Dean Morgan to play Denny for a eight episode stint to play Izzie's love interest. He was the heart transplant paitent from the previous episode.

I'd heard the Chris O'Donnell rumor on E! not too long ago.

It could be that his IMDB hasn't been updated yet, because a week or two ago, Eric Dane's IMDB profile didn't have GA listed, and now it does. We shall see!

I read in another magazine (t.v. guide article with ellen) that an intern is leaving the program. Maybe that means Chris O' Donnell would be stepping up? *just theorizes*
