Comment, kittens.

It seems that, in the past twenty-one hours or so, I have suffered a massive reversal of fortune. Suddenly, I am no longer debt poor (though a few publishers still owe smaller advances, some of which are horrendously late), our guild was able to transfer to Faeblight (Riftspeak, ignore), and Spooky is off retrieving the ( Read more... )

Avoid it like the plague. Had I paid to see this film, I actually would have walked out halfway through and asked for a refund.

Ended up mocking that movie mercilessly with wolven and his father (whose idea it was to order it on the OnDemand) last time we visited the family. Some of the filming was pretty, and the wolf was great, but, yes. I felt guilty that *someone else* paid for it.

Looking forward to something the roommate passed us, The Troll Hunters, which has been billed as a fantastic Norwegian Blair Witch Project.

As much as would love to preorder Two Worlds and In Between, I have a negative cash flow and no credit cards... I'll have to wait til it hits shelves, then special order through Barnes & Noble... Because they apparently refuse to stock you (I've asked). So there's that. Still, definitely want a copy. You're one of a handful of authors that can evoke an emotional response in me. While reading, that is.

They usually stock the Roc stuff, but not the subpress books.

Here, they don't even stock the Roc stuff... Though, it could very well be because this is bible belt country. Local B&N's no longer have a gay section, and the New Age section just gets smaller and smaller..

Here's hopign your fortune reversal rubs off on me, I need some good fortune and lately all is falling apart. But YAY for yours, even if it doesn't rub off.

I knew Red Riding Hood would be awful, but I want to see it anyway, because it has some people I like and I have an unfortunate obsession with 'fairy tales done different.' Maybe I can turn it into a drinking game?

No. Not even a drinking game. Anyway, you've been warned.
