Comments, please. Some evidence LJ isn't dead.

Yesterday, UPS brought the ARCs of Two Worlds and In BetweenLast night, I was going back through the blog and came across the short "to-do" list I made for April. I don't usually make "to-do" lists, because they tend to guarantee I'll not get anything done. However, I've done well this month. The Dark ( Read more... )

I'm glad SETI got cut. This would be the dumbest time possible to make first contact. It's equivalent to us taking a massive whiz on the floor and then bringing them a rolled up newspaper.

Your dream images are lovely. I'm picturing an underwater bookstore housed in the giant, bioluminscent skull of a whale, and I very much want to read the books one might find there.

A potentially odd question... Given all the photographs and descriptions you've posted of Providence and the surrounding area, have you ever considered creating something like a semi-fictional travel guide to the area? Not that you aren't busy enough already, just an idle thought. I'll be visiting Providence sometime soon, and before I do, I'm planning to read back through your journal entries to identify places I want to see while I'm there.

Well, I didn't mean the images occurred simultaneously. But that works, too.

Very unlikely.
