I think they're feisty little creatures who deserve being called badger dogs. They have REALLY vicious teeth, like a piranha.

They're sweet, though... but they tend to hurt themselves easily if you don't train them right.

Oh wait, you weren't asking me. I must be bored!

Not one of my favorite breeds. I'm more about Irish wolfhounds, retrievers, and St. Bernards.

Feel better! I'd buy some of your pretty books if I could, but I am college-level broke at the moment. The only thing I can spare my very meager income for is alcohol to wash away the dreariness.

I think I'll send you an email! The very least I can do is entertain you (it's a win-win)!

Spooky's about to experiment on me with some sort of Egyptian anise tea.

Understood. Well do I recall living the ramen lifestyle and the necessity of booze.

I think I'll send you an email!

I got it, and responded.

Imp T-shirts would be cool. I'd buy one for sure, because that line would certainly start conversations here in the bible belt.

As for chapter 8, I have confidence that you'll circumvent, rearrange, tunnel under or excavate that wall. You'll emerge victorious on the other side.

Ah...CRK as a purveyor of prickly T-shirts.

I'm sure the smoking doesn't help (and I tend toward anti-tobacco because my mom as well as a couple of friends died due to tobacco related illnesses) but I doubt that's what her real problem is. While I don't understand why the cough continues she seemed to be a day or two behind me with the cold. However long ago that was. Time no longer blurs so much as it is simply blurred ( ... )

That's odd. I had no idea it was 10 PM. The clock currently says 5:04 (PM).

I suspect computers and time are ultimately incompatible. Computers have the tyranny of hard, hard logic. And time is just tyranny.

And, o'btw, is anyone else following (well, at this time, waiting for) the story about Anonymous vs the Westboro Baptist Church?

With a little bit of effort I'd think perhaps a writer could get a story idea out of the whole thing. Of course there would be the matter of making the concept fit the conceptual continuity of the writer's style and genre-preferences.

I'd buy a T Shirt, even Bible Belt bound here in a few months. 180 days sees me out of this particular frozen hellscape.

The conversations it'll spawn will be better than those about mainstream sports, weather, and other banealities.

Looking forward to Rifts myself, going in cold with no beta experience. Maybe this time you'll be the master and I the student!

Feel better soon!

Having played a mage to Level 8, it really is incredible.
