Though I've had a few good responses, I'm a bit disappointed in the number of replies to the most recent Question @ Hand. Maybe it was a poor question, or maybe I phrased it poorly. I was very much hoping to get an article out of it for Sirenia Digest, but so far, there's just not enough for that. A number of people who wrote excellent bits for the ( Read more... )

"WARNING: IF YOU NEED A WARNING HERE, YOU NEED TO LOOSEN THE FUCK UP"

No, not really. People who need warning labels get zero sympathy from me. Quiet the opposite.

Mainly I was thinking Gee, maybe I should be a little more delicate in phrasing that, but then, I don't deal as much with this crap as do you.

By the way, Warnings Labels On Life would be kind of hard to do...

That cover is hilarious, brilliant. 3 Cheers for kylecassidy! Though it is disheartening that there are people who actually want that sort of warning lest they be forced to read something they don't agree with. (*gasp*)

I will have to go take another look at the question and see if I can come up with something.

Hilarious warning. I think it much improves the cover. BTW, did you know that your cover art (or a very similar variation) was also used for the Romanian translation of a Rachel Caine book? www.ledabooks.ro

Same model, probably same artist. I looked at the bottom of that page you gave and also at the book's own page. (I thought of hotlinking the cover, but that would probably annoy our patron.) Caine's another Roc author, so this kind of makes sense. Heck, maybe it's more appropriate for that book... *shrug*
