Overcast and cold this morning. Currently, it's only 44˚F here in Providence, with the windchill at 41˚F. And I eye the warm South, and how can I not? I've been here for almost nine years, and I've simply had more of this than I can stand ( Read more... )

Lovely dogwood flowers; we had a short dogwood season and they were the last trees to bloom. (down in the TN valley by the river, we are our own petri dish of global warming issues as well as breathing problems)

Choking on an ant of a mouth of anti-fungal cream on the toothbrush... did you put the cream in your mouth or find out before that happened? Either one is bad in my opinion but personally choking scares me more.

I'm having choking issues w. eating now and end up drinking more calories a day than real eating that involves chewing and swallowing.

I'm slowly reading your book bc my hands are bad w. arthritis but I am plugging along. I tell myself this way I am making them last and not reading them one after another and losing details that way. Good work, as always, and a treat to have another collection. Thank you.
