Howard Hughes vs. the "Breezy Day"

It's cold here and mostly sunny. The NWS says it's "breezy," which is apparently how they describe winds of 16-21 mph, gusting to 50 mph. The winds sets on edge every nerve I possess. It makes me grind my teeth. Currently, it's 52˚F, but the windchill is 45˚F. We have some seriously cold air on the way. The forecast low for Saturday night is 8˚F,
