We have some sun at the moment, but that's not going to last. There's a small chance of snow showers tonight, but it won't stick. Currently, it's 42˚F, with the windchill at 33˚F

Is that the sun shining on the tree from out of frame? I love that between the fore of the ground and sky beyond.

Yes. I thought it was all sunshine and clear sky til I stepped outside and looked to the north and saw that bank of rain clouds. The clouds were a bit more dramatic than the phone was able to catch, at least in that photo.

Thank you, I appreciate your reply. The light on that tree against the starkness of the pavement and fences below sets up the intensity of the sky for me. It's just an amazing photo, even if the phone didn't quite capture what you'd seen.
