The spring has come to be the worst of it, which is antithetical to everything I used to feel about the progression of seasons. Your post reminded me of the song by The Jesus And Mary Chain. It's from 1987, their second album. At the time, the album was a major disappointment for me, I recall destroying it, and abandoning alternative music for a while.

So caveat if you listen to the song.

I believe Prince has a song name, "Sometimes it Snows in April." In Birmingham they just had reenactment of the confirmation of Jefferson Davis as the head of the confederacy. Birmingham is 55% black, the reenactment is just whistling in the dark by a bunch of white losers. The should have an reenactment of Davis cowering a dress like the day he was caught by Union troops.
