Cold and sunny. At the moment, 27˚F, windchill at 13˚F.

I didn't work yesterday, unless answering email counts. I likely won't write today, though I have a call from my agent coming at 4 p.m. It's an important call. Spooky and I need to go out to the market before then.

Word is the SyFy Channel canned Defiance in order to devote more resources to The Expanse

Oh, I didn't know that. I know you liked Defiance, I've still only watched the first episode but I liked it. I'm caught up with The Expanse and am really enjoying it even if I wish Thomas Jane had a bigger hat.

Don't eat the packing peanuts.
Don't you have any good recipes for them? Perhaps spicing them up with something, like szechuan pepper salt, or some such thing, might help. (Okay, that's a bit of a joke, although perhaps slightly esoteric right now. You'll get it eventually. I predict it'll come to you, although it may take a few days.)
