The sun came back today, and it's a little warmer. But the sky makes me want to lie down and moan. Currently, it's 49˚F. I'm beginning to believe that damn scaffold is going to be outside my office window all fucking winter. The landlord refuses to offer any explanation or hint at when it might go away. This has been my worst year since 2005, and when your previous worst year was the Federal Flood of New Orleans (aka, Katrina), that says something. Deep spirals, financial crisis, parental upheaval, etc. I have no idea why I'm not deep into a bottle or a needle.

2016, I welcome you. But if you frell me like this year, I'm canceling the rest.
