It sounds like a panic attack to me, but that's a thirdhand diagnosis; I've never experienced one myself. I hope it does not repeat or return. And because I was off LJ almost all of yesterday, I will say here that the Spanish cover for The Drowning Girl is breathtaking. I really meant it about wanting a poster.
I had the best writing day in ages. I wrote 1,012 words on "Chewing on Shadows."
That's pretty cool.

I think that cold induce a panic attack, no problem.
The thought that went through my head over and over afterwards, melodramatic as it will sound, was "I was inside a monster. The cold was a monster, and I was inside it."
