I pronounce today, this second day of December 2013, to be the official beginning of this year's Jethro Tull Season. The sky is just about the right shade of blue grey. Or grey blue. Jethro Tull Season celebrates, among other things, a slower, saner winter, one that is now decades gone

I heard Lady Gaga remark in an interview a few weeks ago that it's unfortunate people tend now always to react to art with analysis rather than just feeling the experience. I can't say I'm wholly against analysis but I think she had a point.

Back in November, I was thinking about getting a new pair of Docs. Yesterday, I finally did.
