A small herb garden has finally been planted out the front. Initially £40 (17 herbs & flowers) have been put in and we'll take it from there. See what flourishes and what doesn't. I had previously planted a rosemary last autumn which is very happy and doing well.

I got to an acoustic solo Enda Kenny gig last night... :) good stuff, really enjoyed it, sorry I had to run for a train again and missed the encore. I should just use the car next time. Sunshine, clear blue sky and cold. Things progress at a pace these days. We bought a new mailbox at the weekend, so now I will repaint the outside fence (black) before a hole is cut in it to take the new mailbox. The old one gets kicked in on a regular basis... I'd like to see the local girl try to kick in the new one... it will be at least 4ft ( Read more... )

Had to do people stuff in the morning and go into town. Kept bumping into people, so lots of talk and lots of feeling like I was running late all the time. Forgot to take the post to the Post Office, och well, try again tomorrow.
