Trying to find the nearest or best vaguely sandy beach to Cambridge. Gotta take my visitor somewhere :) So maybe Hunstanton etc up the A10, sigh

Brancaster is the place to go apparently. Near Holkam and Wells-next-the-sea.

We ended up at Heacham. The sea wasn't there, but we lay on the beach and the sun was hot. hmmm. 1.5hrs each way. Don't need to repeat this one.
