I've watched all of fifteen minutes of this show and even I know that Toshiko is the best of them. OHS YES.

LOL, no, it's more like, Torchwood fails at alien crime fighting in almost the exact same way Manhattan SVU fails at regular crime fighting. I think Tosh is the Alex Cabot of this group, in terms of relative fail.

There's competence in there. Somewhere.
