Oh god, sweetie, I don't begrudge you the sleep these days. I was mostly out of it in shock anyway. The cops gave him a ticket for running a red light, and I have 2 witnesses. I am hoping that will make Fed Ex more pliable. Last thing I want to do right now is get a lawyer, but I will if I need to.

You should go to a doctor and get checked out.. sometimes it takes a day or two for the shock to wear off and you realize that you're injured. Even a chiropractor can do an assesment and take some x rays - just to have something on hand in case you need it. Your insurance and your lawyer (if you should need one) and Fed ex's insurance would be grateful to have a prompt medical report to look at.

I love you so much and I am really really glad to hear that you're okay.

I have to agree with your sister on this one, you should go get checked out just as a precaution!

Glad your OK. Also, the other driver is an ass. I can understand wanting to keep his own butt safe jobwise, but maybe he shouldn't have been an idiot on the road. I would mention to FedEx his behavior.
