I have been reading and re-reading my journal entries over from the beginning of the year. The last time anything felt like it was remotely heading in the right direction was when I was still swimming, before most of the car/money problems got exacerbated. That was January 15th. It is now February 25.

No wonder I am so fucking depressed.

Drinking, Everclear, and the Distillers.
Have I come to any great conclusions?
No.
Have I been drinking water to mitigate the hangover?
Yes.
Am I keeping close tabs on my behaviour?
Yes.
Do I think this will ultimately help matters?
No.
Am I envisioning gobs of gore?
Not anymore.
Do I want more?
Absolutely.
