Most of my LJ friends are preparing to celebrate Christmas. But my celebration comes early on Monday, the Solstice. And even earlier is the dinner, on Saturday. And as I'm the cook, this is my crazy week.

Well I just got the word that the two vegetarians will be unable to make it so I'm dropping plans for the Eggplant Parmesan. That definitely makes a lot less work for the weekend...
