Before car shopping this weekend (a task I HATE), Bob asked what I was looking for...I told him to wrap me in steel and airbags. This little beauty is what we drove home in!

My goodness you are so close to your due date! I'm sure the next 8 weeks will go quickly. I love your new ride. I think a steel hug accurately describes what you are driving. ;) The most important thing is that you feel safe while driving around with your family! Of course a little luxury and comfort doesn't hurt either.

Can you believe it's right around the corner! Where did the past 7 months go? You're right that a little comfort and luxury is a nice thing to have ;) The last car I bought was in 1999, a black sporty 2 door. I looked a little funny getting out of it recently, doesn't quite fit the mom bill. Think this car will work nicely as my version of a minivan. If I ever take that road....stop me! Enjoy your last 2 weeks before your wedding! So exciting!

I know it! I woke feeling stirrings from deep within at around 3 last night and thought, he's preparing me now for the middle of the night wake up calls before his arrival, what a smarty pants kid I've got already! :)

I'm not sure I could have gone through this process not taking in the meaning of it all. Being a parent is huge! More than I thought it would be. I'm elated and scared at the same time. Possibly a little too conscious of how I can help this boy find his path in life, but man...am I thrilled at being given the opportunity to find all this out!
