make it more obvious, then. mention that UST is a private school, UP a state university. also, make clear that UP is the opposition, UST banging its head to fight for the useless regulating body.

wag mo na sabihin na binanggit ng mga taga-UST na matalino tayo. kakahiya eh. :D
