I have only watched two episodes of Sherlock, one which I can't even remember, but these icons are wonderful. I just LOVE this set and if I continue watching Sherlock, these will definitely be added to my userpics!

Well, I'm going to start a re-watch of the first season on Friday with my best friend, she's absolutely crazy about the show. :D

Wow, these are completely amazing. I really love the texture use, contrast, compositions and colorings here. It's so nice to see people are still willing to experiment and do interesting stuff. 1 is amazing with perfect lighting, and 2, 8, 9, 11, 16, 17, 18 and 19 are just all around stunning. From the extras I really love 28 and 29 too, lovely compositions and texture use.

Aw, I did my best to experiment but still sort of stick to my usual styling (which for the most part, has been all over the place this year). I'm so glad you like the set! 1 was my very first icon and I'm not sure how I achieved that lighting, but I was glad I did as it sort of inspired the rest of them. 29 was my favorite too- I didn't know how to work it into the 20inspi set though. :p Thanks so much for this awesome comment! ♥

These are so gorgeous, and I love the coloring! I think my favorites are the black & white though, especially 17 and 18.

Thank you so much - B&W are always my most favorite icons to do. 18 was particularly fun because once I knew where I wanted to go with it, I sort of just went on a texture rampage trying to find something spider like. :)

I love this post! Your compositions are great, and they are kind of haunting and sad. In a good way of course! :D

So glad you find them haunting, that's sort of Edmund Dulac's style (original fairy tales are cruel) which makes me happy that I could convey that. ♥ Thank you so very much!
